Signature Confirmation Requirement

For security and compliance purposes, all shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • A valid recipient must be available to sign for the package at the delivery address;
  • Packages will not be released by the carrier without signature confirmation;
  • Failed delivery attempts may result in delays, return shipments, storage fees, or additional redelivery charges.
