Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
Proof of purchase or invoice is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Opened consumables or disposables
Customized or special-order products
Sterile products once opened
Software licenses
Electrical items damaged through misuse
Used handpieces, sensors, scanners, imaging devices, or equipment exposed to patients
Clearance or final sale items

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photos and a description of the issue.
We will review the claim and determine repair, replacement, or refund eligibility.

Equipment Returns

All equipment returns are subject to inspection and manufacturer approval when applicable.

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations
